    Arrived still frozen at my Door in SoCal... We ate some of the Cod that night.... What a treat!

    The fish is absolutely fantastic you open the package and it smells like nothing which is exactly what well cared for Pacific cod should smell like. The fish was firm with excellent flavor.

    The Pacific Cod is very mild and flaky. Perfect for Tacos or fish and chips. The thicker filet is well suited to baking with a little butter, salt and pepper. Delicious!

    Just a quick note, I put my order in the freezert and showed my wife what a great fillet looked like! Gage my son a bunch for his family's fish tacos. We will have some fish tacos next week, this week's menu is already planed. Really great looking fillets, looking forward to cook em!

    Each time I have purchased this Cod I continue to be impressed with the quality of freshness and taste. I have eaten Cod fresh from the north sea in Britain and this is better. I love the very responsible way EIS respects and follows good environmental practices, and their customer service is personable and highly responsive. Quality people delivering a quality product at a very reasonable price!!
