Shipping & Returns

Depending on your location we can ship your order via FedEx or Alaska Air Cargo.

Alaska Air Cargo is usually the most affordable shipping option, especially for larger orders, but is not available in all areas.

For a complete list of destinations, please click here.  Information about the cargo terminal (address, hours of operation, ect.) can be found by clicking on the desired destination. 

Please note: Alaska Air Cargo does not deliver to your home or business. You are responsible for picking up your shipment up at the cargo terminal.

Please familiarize yourself with the cargo terminal you want your order shipped to, as not all facilities have freezer storage and may be closed on weekends or have limited hours of operation.

To ship via Alaska Air Cargo: 

In the comments field, please enter the city and state of the cargo terminal you would like your order shipped to. 

Once we receive your order we will book space on the next available cargo flight for shipment. We will provide you with an air waybill number (AWB) and the link to Alaska Airlines where you can access tracking information for your order.

For home delivery please select FedEx.

All seafood orders are packaged in styrofoam insulated boxes and should arrive with minimal thawing.

Non-perishable items and merchandise are shipped separately via USPS Priority or First Class Mail.

All orders are insured for loss, subject to carriers policy.

In the event your shipment is lost, shows up late or damaged, please contact us and document the circumstances if possible. We will do our very best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

We cannot be responsible for lost or delayed shipments resulting from any act of nature, weather event, mechanical or other.

Order Cutoff and Shipping Times:

Cutoff for shipping is the prior day at 12:00 p.m. Alaska Time. 

Orders are shipped Monday thru Wednesdays, and are subject to weather delays and space availability on flights.

Communication is key for a successful hassle free transaction. If for any reason you are unable to pickup your delivery as scheduled please contact us immediately so we can reschedule your ship date. Once a shipment is tendered with the airlines, it is very hard to make adjustments to the delivery date.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Canceled Orders

Canceled orders will be assessed a 5% fee to cover restock and credit card processing fees. If you have any questions about your purchase, please Contact Us prior to placing your order.

 

Returns Policy

We stand by our products and the quality of our seafood. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us by phone or email. We will do our very best to make it right. 

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will provide you with a RMA number. Please mail the item back in the original packing material. Any damage occurring from improperly packaged items will not be refunded.

Your refund will be processed after we receive the returned merchandise. Please do not ship returns via USPS Parcel Post, as it will be shipped to us by barge and significant delay of your refund may result.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We only ship seafood in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and include packaging. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
