The customer service was the greatest I ever encountered also all communication was outstanding and top notch, the quality of cod was outstanding. It was the best Cod I have ever had eaten. I must also add that you can tell that they take great pride in how they prepare the product after its caught and when they send it out. I will definitely be buying more Cod very soon.

Great firm fish. Pan fried with a coating of brown rice flour with very little oil. One pack more than my wife and I could eat, but remaining filet for lunch next day. I was impressed with the attention to detail, in keeping the customer informed of shipping time and followup after order received. Will be looking to order again from EIS.
The form of the fillets and the fresh tasting of them and the Halibut we got was perfect. I don't think we could get much fresher short of buying it off the docks ourselves

Saw some of the great videos on YouTube. Placed an order on Sunday. Got an email Monday that it been fulfilled and was shipping. Arrived in New York before noon on Tuesday. Everything in the package was rock solid frozen. Defrosted one fillet and cooked it for dinner Tuesday. Outstanding. Really delicious. Fun to know the background of where, how, and by whom this was caught, prepared, and shipped. Will definitely come back for more.
As expected the fish was amazing. The two fillets made 4 large servings. I used a store bought beer batter and the fish was flakey and delicious!! Great quality, fresh and delicious!
The cod was excellent in quality and price. Have not had the halibut yet but the entire order looks great.
