Halibut has a firm, flaky white meat. Its mild, slightly sweet flavor is high in protein and very lean.

Easy to prepare and very versitle. Halibut is great pan-fried, grilled, or oven baked.

Skin-off fillet, vacuum sealed in aprox. 16 oz. portions.

    Even though I’m a long way from Alaska I really appreciate that cold water halibut. I’ve had numerous fish over my life, and to me and our family nothing else is better! If I don’t have a few fillets in my freezer I’m not content!

    The halibut arrived overnight in perfect frozen condition. The fillets are sized just right and the taste and texture is wonderful. It's almost like you're getting the fish right off the boat!
