    Wow, what a great fish.. I have never tried rock fish before, but it is wonderful.. Being from the Southern U.S., I would say it is a lot like Red Snapper.. White, sweet, flaky meat.. Mild flavor, not fishy at all.. The fish is expertly caught and handled.. It arrived frozen and vacuumed sealed.. Each package labeled with fish type and date processed..Will order again...
