Being my first time ordering fresh caught seafood, I was amazed how easy it was. The website was well laid out and easy to navigate. EIS was the first experience I had in them following up on my order and informed me when the shipment was delayed. My concern was the fact it was frozen product, how well was it packaged to stay frozen for an extended period. The filets were still frozen even arriving a day late.
